Description

Brisket, short ribs, pork shoulder, with a beautiful selection of root vegetables, for a large party. The limits to what you can braise are your culinary imagination. The one tool you'll need. Tramontina's 6 Qt Tri-Ply Clad Stainless Steel Covered Braiser. Its tight-fitting lid and tall sides lock in moisture and flavor, creating savory, tender meats for the family or small kitchens. Part of Tramontina's Gourmet collection, the tri-ply clad braiser is made of premium 18/10 stainless steel, an aluminum core and a layer of magnetic stainless steel. The construction means the braiser heats from all sides. not just the bottom. Designed to withstand repeated usage even in the most demanding kitchens, it also features stainless steel ergonomic handles riveted for additional support and easy maneuvering. The braiser is compatible with all cooktops, including induction and is oven-safe up to 500 degrees F / 260 degrees C.

  • Superficial pitting may occur if very salty or acidic foods (such as tomatoes) are left in the cookware
  • Ideal for professional cooks and large kitchens
  • Before using your cookware for the first time, hand-wash with warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly
  • Tri-ply clad cookware construction requires only low to medium heat to saut fry or cook most foods
  • Using a high heat setting causes the cookware to become very hot, which may cause foods to stick, burn or scorch if added to very hot cookware
  • Keep the cookware on the burner only during the necessary time for cooking or boiling
  • Do not overheat empty cookware or allow gas flames to extend up sides of pans and overheat handles
  • Even though the handles and lids are oven-safe, they will get hot in the oven and on the stovetop, particularly gas stoves where an open flame is used
  • Therefore, please use protective mitts to safely handle hot cookware
  • To prevent warping, avoid sudden temperature changes such as immersing hot cookware in cold water
